MEET OUR FOUNDER, JENNIFER
I founded Phoenix to solve an unmet problem for businesses, like the ones I lead - learning how, and executing policies, to serve employee survivors of intimate partner violence. What are the signs? Risks? What can an employer do? Should do?
According to the National Health Institute, Intimate partner violence costs the US economy over $3 trillion in lost productivity annually. Over a quarter women and a fifth of men will experience intimate partner violence in their lifetime - and the majority of them will not seek help. That means, you or someone you know is a survivor.
Phoenix trains you and your staff, advises you on policies and policy management, and can even serve as your on-call, go-to resource for survivors in need.
